Q. How much can I realistically expect to earn from this business opportunity?

A. As with all businesses, that will depend on the amount of effort you put in, and in particular the amount of advertising and promotion you do; but to give you some idea: Supposing you charge a monthly fee of $5 for people to become members of your web site. Once you have ten paying members then your own monthly membership dues for your web site will be covered and everything after that will be profit.

In other words, it doesn't take much to make an EZ SELF-HELP SITE™ profitable. With a reasonable amount of advertising, you can realistically expect your web-store to become profitable within one month, or even sooner.

Q. How much do people need to pay in order to become members of my web site?

A. That's entirely upto you. You can set a monthly membership fee and a one-time lifetime membership fee of your own choosing. A monthly membership fee between $2.50-$10 should ensure that you gain a healthy number of members.

Q. How much affiliate commission will I earn per sale?

This is actually a reseller program not an affiliate program, and therefore you do not receive commission as such. You receive 100% of every sale and the money is paid directly into your PayPal account the moment the sale is made. We supply the products to your customers but it is you who are the seller, not us.

Q. Can I use my own domain name or do I have to select one of yours?

A. Yes, you can use your own domain name if you wish. To do so, copy and paste the following link into your browser window:

Then replace "mydomainname" with your own domain name that you wish to use and press Enter and continue through the enrollment process. Once you have enrolled, please click on the "Contact Us" link above and send us a message confirming that you wish to use your own domain name.

Q. I already have my own web site. Can I sell these products from my own web site?

Yes. All you need to do is provide links on your existing web site to the individual product sales pages.

Q. Are there any long-term commitments if I decide to join?

A. No. There are no long-term commitments at all. You may cancel your PayPal subscription to our service any time you wish and by so doing you will effectively be cancelling your membership with us also.

Q. PayPal do not allow residents of my country to receive payments. Is there any way I can receive payments other than through PayPal.

A. Yes. We can accept payments from your web site on your behalf and then mail you a (USA Dollar) cheque each month which you will be able to pay into any bank. There is a 10% charge for this service.

Q. How will I know when someone makes a purchase from my web-store?

A. Whenever a purchase is made from your web-store PayPal will email you with a notification showing the amount paid and your customer's details. In addition to PayPal's email, when someone becomes a paid member of your web-store you will be able to view their details in your back office Control Panel. When someone purchases from your eCart store you will be able to view their purchase history in your eCart admin area.

Q. Will the customers of my web site be mine exclusively or will they be added to your email list also?

A. All your customers will remain yours exclusively and will not be added to our own database at all.

Q. I noticed that in your Terms of Service it says that members are not allowed to purchase products from their own web-stores. If I become a member and wish to purchase some of the products for my own personal use is there a discount?

A. Yes, EZ SELF-HELP SITE™ members can purchase products for their own use at 50% discount.

Q. How many products will I have resale rights to if I join?

A. There are currently well over 500 products listed on the EZ SELF-HELP SITE™ web-stores, and a great many more in the members' area which may be added as required. New products are added to the members' area each month.

Q. $47 per month for a web site complete with over 500 products to resell seems extremely cheap. What's the catch? Are there some hidden charges?

A. No, there are no hidden charges whatsoever. If you join right away you will pay $47 per month for everything and that is all you will pay. The normal cost for membership will be set at $97 monthly, but for a limited period of time we are offering membership at half price. Once 500 people have joined the price will go up to $97 per month. That is not some kind of sales pitch. That is a fact. The current price of membership may be increased at any time, so it is advisable to join sooner rather than later.

Q. I know nothing at all about running web sites. Is it really possible for me to run a successful online business with little or no previous experience?

A. With a EZ SELF-HELP SITE™ it is perfectly possible for you to run a successful online business with little or no experience, in fact it was specifically designed with people like yourself in mind.

Q. How will I get people to know about my web site?

A. We will provide you with all the necessary information you need in order to attract vistors to your new web site and to convert them into paying customers. We will recommend high-traffic web sites where you can advertise completely free or for very little. We will also provide you with information on how to get your web site listed in the major search engines, and how to optimize your search key words, etc. Search engine optimization (SEO) is a very important subject, and we will share our own expertise and experience in this area with you.

Q. How long has your company been in existence. What type of aftersales support can I expect?

A. The parent company, Self-Improvement-eBooks.com was formed in 2005. The first affiliate reseller program, "The PAN100 Program", was launched in May 2008. Our programmers began working on the many improvements that have been included in the EZ SELF-HELP SITE™ during 2008 as a result of requests received by PAN100 members. We pride ourselves on excellent member support, and you can expect to receive a response from our support staff via email within 24 hours.

Q. It all sounds great. Is it possible for me to have a trial membership?

A. Yes. If within 15 days of joining you decide that EZ SELF-HELP SITE™ is not for you, you may cancel your membership and request a refund. We will return your initial membership fee to you minus $20 setup fee.

Q. I understand that a portion of the membership fees you charge are being donated to a children's charity. Can you tell me what percentage will be donated and to which children's charity?
